Working with athletes is always fun and high-energy.  Whether they are receiving sports medicine rehab in the pool or on dry-land,  athletes usually enjoy attending physical therapy because they are given a great workout and it provides feedback and quick measurable gains which will return them to their sport faster.  Carrie has enjoyed helping many junior-high, high school varsity and collegiate athletes rehab back into their chosen sport, and don’t think that the exercises she uses are easy or run-of-the-mill!  A solid Yoga and Pilates-type background gives Carrie a definite advantage when working towards improving player performance.  Older athletes also benefit from working with an experienced PT to improve things such as their golf swing, backhand in tennis or running pattern to avoid further injury and enjoy their sport with less discomfort.
